The Lambruk Solar Project will be assessed as a State Significant Development, under the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act). An important part of the Project’s State Significant Development Application (SSDA).
The NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) has issued the Secretary’s Environmental Assessment Requirements (SEARs). These requirements outline the technical studies and assessments that must be completed as part of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).
